Effective: April 21, 2026
KaraokeQ is a karaoke queue management service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services we rely on.
All collected information is used solely to operate the karaoke queue service: letting operators sign in, letting guests submit songs, and letting operators see and manage those songs in real time. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing.
KaraokeQ uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and App Check) to manage accounts, store session and queue data, and verify legitimate traffic. We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, invoked automatically in the background, to prevent automated abuse; your interactions with this service are subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Session and queue entries remain in our database for as long as a session is active. Operator accounts are retained until deleted on request. Crash diagnostics are retained only as long as needed to investigate the issue.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that it be deleted, by contacting us at the address below. For guests who submit through the web interface: because submissions are associated with an anonymous identifier and contain only the information you typed, we cannot identify individual guests to retrieve their submissions unless you provide us with the session code and timing involved.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
